The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Sao Paulo. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable accommodations.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable experience. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to key tourist attractions and shopping areas.

The hotel did have a few negative aspects that detracted from my overall experience. The room was not as clean as I would have liked, with stains on the bedding and flies in the shower. The bathroom door was also quite difficult to close properly. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to make up for these shortcomings.

Located within easy reach of public transport, this hotel boasts a convenient location for getting around. the staff were very friendly and provided helpful service throughout my stay. the room was comfortably furnished and provided a convenient base for my travels.

There was some noise at night which could be heard in the room.

The location is really central and easy to get around from. We really enjoyed the convenient airport shuttle service, which made getting to and from the hotel so much easier.

The bedsheets had some stains on them and our towels were a bit low quality. In the bathroom, there were a lot of little flies that were a bit annoying.
